Alexander Christofis, DO
Family Medicine
Dr. Alex Christofis is a board-certified family medicine physician providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages in Troy, Rochester, and the greater Metro Detroit area. Originally from Romeo, Michigan, he earned his undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State University and his medical degree from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency at Henry Ford Rochester Hospital (formerly Crittenton), where he served as Chief Resident in his final year.

Prior to opening Phase Medical Group, Dr. Christofis gained experience at Opdyke Medical in Pontiac, which helped shape his commitment to independent, community-based primary care. He founded Phase Medical Group with a simple goal: to build lasting relationships with patients and provide care that adapts to their needs through every Phase of life.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Christofis enjoys spending time with his wife and their twin boys, lifting weights in his home gym, and staying active in the Metro Detroit community he grew up in and now serves.
