What to Expect
Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. New patient check-in and any remaining registration can take 10 to 15 minutes. Arriving right at your appointment time, rather than early, can delay your visit and push back everyone scheduled after you.
Once you are checked in, we will talk through your health history and any concerns you have.

Free interpreter services in any language, including American Sign Language. Just ask when you schedule.
Insurance and Payment
We accept most major insurance plans. To confirm your plan is covered, visit our insurance page or call your insurance company directly.
Some HMO, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage plans require you to select Dr. Christofis as your primary care physician before your first visit. If your plan works this way, please set this up with your insurer ahead of time so we can see you as scheduled. For more details, visit our insurance page.
Any copay or deductible is due at the time of your visit.
