How to choose Dr. Christofis as your PCP
If your plan shows "PCP setup required" above, your insurance needs Dr. Christofis listed as your Primary Care Physician before your first visit. If your plan asks you to choose a primary care physician, please choose Dr. Christofis. It takes about 5 minutes:

Tell your insurance
Call member services (number on the back of your card) or log in to your plan's website/app, and ask to set your PCP to Dr. Christofis. Be sure to ask for a reference or confirmation number for the change - it helps us verify it went through.
